It keeps playing hide and seek always....
Few days i'm fit the next few days are a big hit in my health.
As I was searching the web for solutions to my ever going problem of weight loss, I stumbled upon this item called the Budha Bowl....
Now, it picked my interest and i went into the contents of what makes a Budha Bowl and why fitness freaks and healthy people keep endorsing it..
And this is why....
It is a wholesome food... rich in all neccessary nutrients needed along with satisfying our taste buds.
This is my Budha Bowl
100 grams carrot cut in strips
100 grams of fresh peas
100 grams of cabbage shredded
These three items tossed in butter with salt and pepper.. (I loved the semi crunchy feel of these veggies)
Then 100 grams of Paner capsicum and diced onion all mixed with the follwoing
three teaspoons of thick curd + 1 tsp Giner garlic paste + 1 tsp Cumin powder + 1 tsp Corriender powder+ 1 tsp garam masala powder + 2 tsp chilli powder + 1/2 tsp salt
The above marinated for 15 - 20 minutes and cooked in butter until soft.
3 tablespoons of rice
Hari Chutney topping - A handful of Pudhina + Corriander leaves + 4 chillies + an inch of ginger + 2 small cloves + 3 tsp of curd _ a pinch of salt + 1/2 lemon squezed
